Plant Based Foods distributes seaweed-based caviar in Virginia
Plant Based Foods brings organic and sustainable plant-based food products to the US market, including its seaweed-based caviar. The ‘Cavi-art’ caviar is produced in Denmark by Jens Moller. The ‘Black Cavi-art’ has a clean and slightly salty taste that goes well with appetisers, and the ‘Orange red Cavi-art’ has a briny taste that goes well with potato dishes, fish, vegan sushi, and avocado. Plant Based Foods’ caviar has a long shelf-life (3 months after opening) and can be used in both hot and cold dishes.
